The controller of your personal data collected through the Website and within the scope of our business operations is: Tomasz Kaczor, conducting business under the name REDRUM AUDIO Tomasz Kaczor, with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • Email and Business Communication: If you contact us via email, we process your data (name, email address, and the content of the message) based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to handle correspondence and communicate with clients.

  • Recruitment and Roster Building: If you apply to join our roster and submit your CV/portfolio, we process your data to evaluate your skills and take steps prior to entering into a potential contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

  • Performance of Contracts: We process the data of our subcontractors and clients to conclude and execute B2B contracts or contracts for specific work (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as to comply with tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

  • Defense Against Claims: For the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending against potential claims, which constitutes our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing
 

Data Retention Period

  • Data from email correspondence is stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, but no longer than the statute of limitations for potential claims.

  • Recruitment data (CV/portfolio) is stored until the recruitment process is completed, or – with your consent for future recruitments – for a period of up to 2 years.

  • Data related to the execution of contracts is stored for the period required by tax law (standardpon 5 years from the end of the tax year) and for the period of the statute of limitations for civil law claims.

Data Recipients

Your data is safe with us, but in order to run our business properly, we use third-party service providers to whom we may entrust data processing. These include:

  • Accounting and bookkeeping office (for invoice processing).

  • Hosting and email service providers.

  • Project management tool providers (e.g., Notion, Trello), if you participate in our projects.
